IMPORTANT: HOW YOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW WORKS: Your selected time slot is a 30-minute ARRIVAL WINDOW, NOT an exact appointment time. For example, if you book the 10:00–10:30 AM slot, you may arrive anytime between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. Families will meet Santa + Mrs. Claus in the order they arrive, so there may be a short wait before your visit. You MUST arrive within your reserved 30-minute window to ensure your family can be accommodated.
Tickets are $80 per immediate family, non-refundable but transferable, and availability is limited. We can't wait to celebrate the magic of the season with you!
