Whether you’re planning your first visit or are a returning guest looking to celebrate a special occasion with us, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to ensure your experience is as delightful and hassle-free as possible. Can children of any age have a party/attend a party at WL?

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome!

Do you have a monthly membership or other passes?

In addition to a day pass, we also offer an unlimited monthly membership and a 5-pass for play!

Are the times for parties flexible?

The 10 AM party is not, but we can be flexible with the 2 PM spot. Call for inquiries.

What age is Waterlemon geared toward?

Our play floor is geared to kids 5 and younger.

I want to book a Best Fete Ever package - what themes do you offer?

Our themes are always updating/changing. So call us for specific inquiries! We do always have basic colors in-stock that can be used to create a specific theme. For example, if you wanted a Peppa the Pig theme party, even though we don't carry that specific theme, you could go with all pink for everything - including the tableware and balloons. Then layer in Peppa the Pig items you purchase from a third party like Amazon or Etsy.

Do you offer party planning services?

Yes, we do for $150/hour.

Can I come in early for setup? I am worried 30 minutes isn't enough!

Yes, you can purchase additional time at $100/30 minutes.

Can I drop things off the day or week before my party?

Yes, you can - just make sure it's all in a clear bin and labeled with your name and date of your event. We will store it for you until your party however we are not responsible for broken/damaged/lost items.

Will your staff set up the stuff I bring in and drop off?

We can do this for a fee - inquire within!

Do you take deposits or do holds for parties?

We do not. When you book a party at Waterlemon, full payment is due at the time of booking and we do not allow refunds. In the case of an emergency (severe illness or death in the family) you can reschedule your event for a later day/time that is available. Late cancellation fees may apply.

When do I have to pay for the party add-ons and how do I do that?

You can call or email us re: the party add-ons for your event anytime. We do ask that you give us at least a week's notice but the sooner the better.

Can I bring in outside food and drink?

Yes, we do allow outside food and drink at Waterlemon, whether coming to play or for a party.

Can I wear shoes/have bare feet?

Waterlemon is a socks-only facility. We do this for the sake of the health of the children as well as the overall cleanliness of our space.

What form of payment do you take?

We take all forms of payment except checks.

Can I bring my stroller?

We discourage strollers due to the limited space we have for them. However, if you have to bring it we will make room for it!

Do you sell food?

We sell coffee drinks, snacks, and soft drinks. You are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks too!

Is the retail area open during parties on weekends?

Yes, it is!

Can I book 2 party spots if I want a party in the middle of the day?

Yes, you can. Inquire within.
