Additional Things to Know

Reservations & Cancellations
Due to extremely limited availability and the extensive planning involved in each celebration, all party reservations are final, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred once booked. Please carefully confirm your selected date and time before completing your reservation.

Deposits & Payment Schedule
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your celebration date and begin the planning process. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your event. For celebrations booked less than 30 days in advance, payment in FULL is required at the time of booking. All payments are final and non-refundable. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of payments already made, subject to the terms of your booking agreement.

Parking & Transportation
As is the case with all city locations, parking near GT Studio is extremely limited! We strongly encourage guests to use Uber, Lyft, taxis, or other rideshare services whenever possible. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for arrival.

Bring Your Own Alcohol (BYO)
Alcoholic beverages are permitted with the purchase of the required BYO fee. This fee covers permission to have alcohol on the premises only and does not include alcohol, ice, cups, mixers, or bartending services. Clients are responsible for providing all beverages and necessary supplies. All alcohol service and consumption must comply with applicable laws and GT Studio's facility policies.

Party Time, Setup & Overtime
Your reservation includes the celebration time specified in your selected package, plus 30 minutes before the event for client setup and 30 minutes afterward for breakdown and removal of personal items.Need a little more time? Additional time may be reserved in advance, subject to availability, at the following rates: **Additional 30 minutes: $150**- **Additional 60 minutes: $225**All guests, personal belongings, and outside vendors must be completely out of the venue by the end of the reserved time. Events that exceed their allotted time without prior approval may be subject to additional overtime charges.

Children & Guest Supervision
While Waterlemon provides a thoughtfully curated play experience, parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in advance.

Decorations & Facility Care
We love a beautifully styled celebration! All decorations, installations, and outside equipment must comply with GT Studio's facility guidelines. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their guests, vendors, or additional items brought into the space.

Cleaning & Breakdown
Waterlemon handles the setup and breakdown of all décor and equipment included in your party package. Clients and their outside vendors are responsible for removing any additional personal items, decorations, or equipment they bring into the venue within the reserved time.

Credit Card Authorization & Additional Charges
A valid credit card must be maintained on file. By booking, you authorize Waterlemon and/or GT Studio to charge the card on file for applicable additional fees, including damage to the facility or equipment, excessive cleaning, and time exceeding your reserved booking. Any such charges will be assessed in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and facility policies.

Agreement to Terms
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to Waterlemon's terms and conditions of purchase, cancellation policies, and all applicable GT Studio facility rules and requirements. These policies apply to the booking client and their guests and vendors.
